Job Description

We are looking for a smart and agile person to join our team as Finance Coordinator in relation with ERP implementation team. There are some opportunities for you in an ERP/SAP implementation project within an International Group. It will be focused on implementing the modules of ERP/SAP in S/4 HANA version and ongoing operational support. - Designing, implementing, training, and controlling financial accounting processes, procedure, reports - Reviewing the account structure and chart of accounts in the purpose of implementing ERP/SAP - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures - Gathering and managing Financial master data - User Support and training on ERP/SAP software - Month-end closing and Year-end management - Interpreting and reviewing financial information of Shipping & Transportation - Managing Financial Integration points of all organization areas including sales, purchase, etc.

Requirements

- B.Sc. in Accounting & Finance - At least 3 years work experience; Experience in shipping industry would be an advantage - Understand and are able to provide user support and resolve problems related to the ERP/SAP - Ability to train end users and to maintain strong relationships - Ability to multi-task effectively in a multi-project environment - Ability to understand business processes, identify technical enablers, procedural re-engineering solutions and process improvements that meet business needs across the organization - Ability to follow procedures and workflows - Ability to compile, interpret, verify and explain data and financial reports - Proficient with Microsoft Office - Good knowledge of ERP/SAP software - Familiar with English; written and spoken - Ability to communicate effectively - Having problem solving mindset, team work spirit - Exceptional interpersonal skills; tact, patience, confidentiality and integrity
