Job Description

As an ERP Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform all production activities related to the ERP system SAP. ● Perform all production activities related to ERP system SAP. ● Print process order shop floor paper, and prepare batch. production/documentation, preparation of all identification labels for batch. ● Record materials consumption, and perform documentation of the cold chain management. ● Finalize activities in SAP at the end of the batch production. ● Realize SAP inventory and stock adjustment for production. ● Understand line clearance and fill in the batch report, BPR, and Logbook registration. ● Ensure basic GMP/Compliance.

Requirements

● Preferably 1 to 3 years of industrial experience with ERP systems (SAP, Hamkaran, or any other ERP systems) and operating production equipment in a GMP environment (pharma, food, or cosmetics) and filling out batch records. ● Quality mindset, self-motivated, be able to work independently and as a team. ● Good command of English, written and spoken. ● Flexibility to work in shifts.
