Job Description

•Main Objective: The Enterprise Business Solution Consultant who can translate the customers’ business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complete IT solutions and integrated architecture. Acts as an advocate for the customer, as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address customer business problems. Provides direction for design activities. •Main Responsibilities: -Works closely with customers to define Enterprise Business solution designs that align with and enhance industry best practices -Leads business process analysis through the design phase of the project to define solution design and functional specifications -Ensures smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements by providing guidance and support throughout the implementation life cycle -Communicates and/or supports communication of the business cases to Product Management and Product Development Departments -Prepares and delivers presentations for users, management and executive-level audiences -Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors -Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions -Interacts with internal and external stakeholders for the smooth implementation of solution designs -Mentor and guide the internal stakeholder to understand and execute the solution as per design

Requirements

-Between 3-6 years of relevant experience in the solution consulting role, preferably in the telecom domain -End to End process knowledge of B2B, B2C, and B2B2C -Sound understanding of the enterprise business market laws, policies, and regulations -Excellent consultant skills in the enterprise business and corporate area -Fair Knowledge on the EB Hierarchies, standards, benchmarks, contract models, subscriptions models, pricing models, leads and prospect and partner management system -Hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture and BPM model deployments -Strong acumen on business transformation toward the digital era -Must have worked on integration, NFR, architecture, BSS / OSS, eTOM, system design and operations of the business -Strong domain knowledge of telco and nontelco line of businesses for enterprise customers: GSM, VPN, MVPN, APN, bandwidth as service, bulk SMS, cloud services and infrastructure as service, software as service, the revenue shared partnership -Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Influencing skills to demonstrate solution designs at CXO levels -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 40
