Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Description

• To implement enterprise account management programs in assigned enterprise segments (Public enterprises, Private Large Enterprises (LE), or Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs)) in alignment with Irancell’s sales policies, objectives and requirements to ensure delivery of required solutions within agreed SLAs. • To manage designing and implementation of account development plans for top accounts mainly in order to retain customer and utilize cross selling and up-selling opportunities. • To manage daily interactions and relationships with top accounts to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and engagement • To manage resolution of escalated queries and issues from EB accounts as appropriate • To proactively monitor the market and competition for providing input into the process of EB account analysis, market knowledge, trends and competitive information. • To review new accounts handed over by EB business development team and channel partners and assign them to related Sales Executives • To ensure that all new opportunities related to existing accounts are registered and being followed in CRM system • To build an in-depth understanding of EB account requirements and fine-tune and align services and solution delivery accordingly to ensure needs of existing business customers are fully satisfied. • To forecast retention numbers, stock required, and promotional planning for Enterprise accounts and liaise with relevant areas to ensure availability. • To review sales team performance as well as account development plans’ progress against targets on a weekly and monthly basis and provide related reports to Senior Manager Enterprise Business Sales.

Requirements

• B.Sc./B.A. degree in commerce (Marketing/Finance/General), Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or related fields • Fluent in English • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B and B2G Sales/Key account management experience in telecommunications industry or adjacent markets; with experience in supervising/managing others • Experience working in a medium to large organization • Proven track record of major Cross-selling/up-selling to Public or Large/Medium Enterprises in private sector • Having had the experience of working as an account manager in Multi-national corporations would be considered as an advantage
