Job Description

- Monitor, maintain and implement SMB, large Enterprise and Data Center networks’ scales. - Function as technical support, engineering and operational subject matter expert. - Proactively solve problems identified through monitoring systems and processes - Participate in on-call schedule with other members of the team to provide second-tier support while solving issues. - Develop knowledge of various networking vendor capabilities and limitations. - Meet incident policies and procedures in a timely manner. - Develop and maintain documentation and materials on new and existing network designs. - Follow standards and best practices involving network management related issues.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' skill managing and configuring Enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, and VPNs. - Advanced working experience with network monitoring and management systems. - Strong customer service orientation. - Keen attention to detail. - Intermediate proficiency of Virtualization technologies and Unified Fabric. - Awareness of Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management. - Preferred vendor experience: Cisco, Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto. - Preferred certifications: CCNP(R&S), CCNP(DC), ITIL - Strong networking background with a wide breadth of knowledge in available networking protocols and services. - Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently. - Self-motivation and hardworking. - Team working spirit to achieve a common goal and complete tasks
