Job Description

● To provide information for MTN Irancell Enterprise Business to determine its position in the B2B marketplace. ● To collect data on telecom B2B competitors and analyze their strategies, prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution. ● To collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential B2B markets and factors affecting MTN Irancell Enterprise Business product demand. ● To devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. ● To define required quantitative and qualitative market researches to provide valid insight on the market and competition situation ● To monitor telecom industry B2B statistics and follow related trends in the domestic and global markets. ● To measure and report on MTN Irancell B2B customers overall satisfaction. ● To measure the effectiveness of MTN Irancell B2B marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. ● To forecast and track MTN Irancell B2B marketing and sales trends and analyzing the collected data. ● To provide marketing intelligence information based on the Enterprise Business Strategic positioning.

Requirements

● Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Financial, Marketing, Communication) or related fields. ● Masters is advantageous (MBA is preferable). ● Fluent in English. ● Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B Business or market research positions; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
