Job Description

Roles and responsibilities: ● To support the EB finance team with the debt collection process by following them with the related sales team ● To dispatch customer requests sent through official enterprise business email to related teams to be addressed in a timely manner. ● To implement the customer registration process and ensure that all required documents are collected. ● To keep track of activated services in the pilot phase and ensure the service will be terminated after the pilot phase unless the customer is invoiced. ● To coordinate and prepare related documents for the EB sales team to attend to different bids. ● To review the discrepancies between the invoiced product and the delivered one in terms of quota, TPS (transaction per Second), etc., prepare related reports, and follow up to be resolved. ● To support the EB Partnership team in handling the tasks related to providing products or solutions by following up with other divisions. ● To follow up on any open audits and controls related to sales and support processes and take necessary actions to close them. ● To support and follow and answer customer complaints. ● To support and follow maintenance, renewal of platforms are used by EB. ● To follow and monitor vendors or internal teams for ensuring that all products or services have been provided and delivered to customers based on existing SLA and OLA. ● To supervise and monitor external and internal teams in order to customer authenticates and archive documents per order. ● To monitor data entry and organizations registered in L&P by sales teams and ensure that all of them are aligned with the existing rules and report it. ● To provide EB management with regular reports.

Requirements

Education: ● Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce (Financial, Marketing, Communications) or related fields. ● Fluent in English. Experience: ● At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization. ● Experience of working in a medium or large organization in telecom, IT, or related fields.
