Job Description

● To prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies. ● To participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services. ● To participate in preparing the related social Media contents of Irancell EB such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Wikipedia, etc. ● To participate in all related activities in the web portal of EB including UX, Design, multimedia, and text content. ● To follow up events-related communications with related parties to assist MTNIrancell EB’s events and sponsorship projects. ● To assist in implementing a sponsorship plan in alignment with the strategy by checking deadlines and facilitating the flow of work. ● To participate in sponsorship activities and administrating vendors and suppliers regarding EB MKT requirements. ● To follow up on sponsorship activities related to exhibitions and events, including contracts and communications. ● To assist the team in following up with Finance and other divisions to get necessary approvals and control budget availability for activities. ● To assist the team in monitoring and evaluating sponsorship, event, and direct marketing agencies and campaigns. ● To assist the team in implementing brand attributes in events and exhibitions. ● To find opportunities for events and sponsorship and inform the manager about it for future decisions. ● To prepare a report about each event after running and provide them to the manager. ● To assist the team in the alignment of other departments in executing different events.
