Employees of this task are responsible for defining the process architecture, analyzing, designing and revising all organizational processes and designing the organizational structure and describing the related tasks. The ultimate goal of this job is to estimate and meet the needs of organizational customers in all business areas of Parstronic Corp.
Analyze and design the value chain of different business domains to identify the processes, functions and KPI.
Analysis and design business processes in order to align with the organization's strategy and process improvement.
Modeling business processes for automation, registration in the repository, organization documentation and stakeholder in order to decision making.
Business processes audit in order to identify conflicts and points of improvement of organizational processes.
Development analytical reports for senior executives in order to decision making
Implement organizational structure in SAP
Design the company's comprehensive and detailed structure to improve the organization's performance
Create and review of the organization's job descriptions in order to define occupations and familiarity of employees with the assigned tasks.
Manage organizational documents and keep up-to-date listings of processes.
Development and updating regulations, procedures, guidelines, OLAs and SLAs.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, IT Management and Engineering,
At least 2 years work experience in field related to process analysis and design, organizational architecture, systems and methods, organizational structure.
Mastering the BPMN2 standard and business process modeling tools
Understanding the concepts of business process management and value chain
Understanding reference process frameworks such as eTOM and APQC
Understanding different methodologies of process audit.
Understanding organizational architecture models
Understanding the Concepts of Organizational Structure
Ability to analyze jobs
Ability to time- motion study
Ability to define and design job description
Ability to work with SAP and Human Resource Module
