Job Description

•Manage and lead the working subgroups of Engineering Department •Review of engineering documents prepared internally or received from manufacturers •Formation and training of engineering departments •Continuous communication with a group of consultants in each department •Cooperation with the planning department to prepare, monitor and modify programs •Effectively orient and supervise the planned activities of subgroups of Engineering Department and verify competencies of engineering documents produced in Engineering Department

Requirements

Minimum M.Sc. in Chemical (Process ) /Mechanical (Fluids) Engineering •Minimum of 7 years’ experience engineering management/project management position in Oil/ Gas / petrochemical processes •Familiar with the principles of planning and project management •Having comprehensive knowledge of the principles and foundations of engineering consulting companies •Having good skills in principles and tactics of negotiation ability lead the engineering team and communicate effectively with employers, manufacturers and other parts of the company. •Full familiarity with process of project implementation in the oil/ gas/ water and energy industries •Full familiarity with design procedures and engineering workflow in the stages of conceptual design, basic and partial, equipment supply, construction, installation and commissioning
