Job Description

Head of Engineering Department Developing and building engineering dept and team (Electronics, Electro-mechancial and Mechanical feild) Bringing engineering & technical knowledge and experience to company Getting along with customers in engineering and QC subjects Getting along with foreign joint ventures to learn new technologies Localization Reporting to: Managing Director. Subordinates: Technicians, QC inspectors. Working hours: Saturday to Thursday. Travel requirements: Within and Outside of Iran. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable.

Requirements

Knowledge and/or experience of electronics and programming Knowledge and/or experience of automotive air conditioning systems Knowledge and/or experience of DC Motors and Motor Fans (Electrical and mechanical characteristics) Knowledge and/or experience of injection molds and injection molding process Knowledge and/or experience of manufacturing companies High spirit and interested in learning and building Ability to work as a team member Good negotiations and communications skills Management Ability Fluent English (Reading, writing and speaking) Understanding about automotive industry and quality management systems
