Job Description

The primary responsibility of this job is to plan, coordinate and administer Interior Design Department. This key role will be an owner’s representative between team members, design consultants, industry suppliers, and contractors in achieving the desired results. Engineering Manager will create interior Design Guides for each property and regularly check on them to ensure they are followed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and AMODERN’s policies, practices, and procedures. An Engineering Manager performs the following Tasks: * Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in Interior Design or engineering projects. * Develop or implement policies, standards, or procedures for engineering and technical work. * Direct, review, or approve project design changes. * Assess project feasibility by analyzing technology, resource needs, or market demand. * Organizing Design and Project team. * Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients. * Recruitment, placement, and evaluation of engineering project staff. * Mentoring team members and employees. * perform administrative functions, such as reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules,

Requirements

Knowledge * Management --- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. * Engineering --- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. * Design --- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, principals involved in production, Materials and Products. Job Requirements * Experiences - 5-7 years related experience in Executive Manager in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Firms or Project Management. * Proven success managing a design team, Project team, multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously. * Educations - Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Project Management, Interior Design or EMBA (with related experience in architecture and interior design). * Abilities - Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills - Your own renderings are flawless, and you're constantly refining process to help the team each optimal efficiency. * A leader with coordinative skills. * Computer skills, Project management software, Computer aided design CAD software, Document management software, Presentation software, * Excellent communication skills.
