Job Description

-Review validation protocols -Review preventive maintenance schedules for timely execution -Review and ensure that schedule for calibration of weighing and measuring -Instruments is made and executed as per the schedule. -Initiation of change & deviation control -Arrange the calibration of master instruments used for calibration to traceable to National standards -Qualify the utilities -Train the department personnel by identifying the training needs -Participate in Self inspections -Review the critical breakdowns and to initiate corrective actions -Ensure for the availability of critical spares for Repairs, Preventive Maintenance & for Calibration -Ensure that Good Engineering Practices are implemented -Induct vendor inspections as and when required -Indent material required from stores -In addition to above, works assigned by Plant Head
