Job Description

-Familiar with engineering disciplines and design process -Mastering the types of engineering documents and the ability to provide instructions for implementation -Familiar with the process of document flow and management of engineering documents -Familiar with quantity surveying and estimating -Mastery of the list price, technical references, regulations and directives of the Management and Planning Organization -Mastering the general conditions of the contract and all types of contracting contracts (PC,EPC) -Mastery of national building regulations and familiarity with building industry standards -Ability to negotiate with employers and consultants on technical and engineering issues of projects
