Job Description

● Detailed analysis of energy industry and preparing industry reports. ● Understanding the energy industry in all aspects (Oil, Petrochemical, Electricity, Renewable energies, etc.). ● Identifying key industry trends and players by segment. ● Preparing detailed industry reports using a widely accepted model (Porter’s 5 forces model, SWOT, …). ● Building and maintaining a database of key market variables (price, volume, …). ● Collaboration in the due diligence procedure of new investment plans. ● Providing key market inputs for financial modeling of new investment opportunities (e.g. CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, etc.). ● Confirming inputs of financial models coming from peer companies as an investment opportunity. ● Contribution to technical due diligence and investigation of plants, projects, and opportunities. ● Monitoring international trends and capital flows on a global basis to identify new investment opportunities. ● Identifying new potential profitable opportunities for investment purposes. ● Evaluating risk-return characteristics and minimum required investment amount to enter the market. ● Identifying key international market players in identified industries for potential co-investment opportunities.
