As an Employer Branding Expert you will have the opportunity to work closely together with both the HR and Marketing communications functions, creative agencies and other external partners. You will manage employer brand campaigns, localization of the employer proposition (EVP), create employer brand awareness, support HR social media strategy and maintain company career related presence on social media sites.
-Ensure that internal/external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively via attraction campaigns in conjunction with Group Talent
-Create content for HR social media channels together with corporate communication
-Proactively network/manage the relationships with recruitment media advertising contacts
-Create/ order local content, incl. visuals and copy text
-Develop and cultivate relationships with external campus stakeholders (professors, faculty, professional associations, and student organizations) at strategic targeted universities
-Create target talent persona for each departments and providing related recruiting campaigns
-Following to design and implement creative package regarding to the candidate experience (interview gift, on-boarding kit and etc.)
-Implement and drive campus recruitment/university relations to create employer brand awareness
-Create content for social media channels together with marketing communication team
-X number of social media activities
-Responding to negative and positive user review (ex: LinkedIn, Instagram and etc.) to build a positive relationship
-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, marketing, and digital marketing
-Recruitment Marketing: media buy, content development, placement, tracking and reporting
-Social Media: content development, scheduling and posting, monitoring, tracking and reporting, copy writing
-Must be fluent in English
-Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and activities to improve employer brand
-Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and others
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
