Job Description

Support the HR function to develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the organization. Partner with HR team, Marketing, and Design teams to create relevant marketing campaigns for talent needs. Equally, understand the challenges with our brand and work to propose solutions. Build relationships with key internal partners to gather internal resources to help build our external narrative. Plan and execute branding and recruiting events on and offsite. Utilize social media and other brand marketing tools to attract talent and share our people stories to build awareness and diversity candidate pipeline.

Requirements

At least 5 years of validated experience Excellent research skills - always on top of industry changes and trends Experience in talent branding /employer branding or similar experience Ability to self-motivate and work independently Experience in using tools like Photoshop and social media Familiar with Office Familiar with all HR Functions.
