Job Description

● To own the employee engagement improvement process across functions by conceptualizing and implementing various employee engagement initiatives and events. ● To develop and deliver the organization’s engagement tactics and plans, planning the calendar of activities, and support to increase levels of employee engagement. ● To initiate and implement innovative team building and collaborative initiatives to improve eNPS and engagement. ● To create, manage and support a variety of employee resource groups (ERGs) that derive from the company engagement committee in partnership with cross-functional teams across the organization. ● To plan and monitor the delivery of soft skills (Human Skills) training campaigns, including workshops, seminars, and related events. ● To manage end-to-end delivery of onboarding and induction programs/events for newcomers and ensure relative journies are experienced positively. ● To confer with HRBPs and work closely with functional managers and other CoE areas to ensure support is in place to successfully design and deliver functional engagement initiatives. ● To forecast and manage engagement budget yearly. ● To negotiate with external providers and establish SLAs to ensure that the most cost-effective solutions are executed for the delivery of engagement initiatives and events. ● To manage the process of recognition and innovation programs and promote its culture throughout the organization. ● To ensure all queries related to the engagement programs including innovation and recognition are being appropriately handled. ● To manage the end-to-end framework design and event management (planning and execution) of the innovation program within MTNIrancell. ● To develop a robust reporting framework/dashboard to reflect the progress on engagement initiatives and calendared events. ● To collect and manage ideas regarding employee engagement issues by utilizing a variety of employee listening tools and leading the relevant committees and ERGs to improve engagement. ● To develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy based on HR and company data and identified gaps.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or other related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization.
