Position Description/Overview As a member of R&D team in our company, the designer will be part of a highly skilled team driven to design and engineer electric machines. He / She will be responsible for design, development, modification and evaluation of electric mechanical machines, involved in all phases of development from initial design testing to prototype fabrication. It is also expected that He / She should keep up to date on technical advances in related fields. Job Description: The designer should be an electrical engineer with experience in designing any kinds of electromagnetic devices such as motors, generators, transformers, actuators, etc. This may include Finite Element modeling, concept design and modification. Through FE analysis, recommendations and revisions should be provided in order to enhance product efficiency and reduce its final cost. The designer is expected to work with the other team members which consists of other functions like mechanic, process, etc.
