As an EHS Associate you need to support EHS partner across LMT site and drive EHS activities, you are responsible to create a good EHS culture in LMT site and good relationship with all relevant authorities and support on legal monitoring and compliance. You need to be active in EHS activities such as risk assessment and incident investigation also you need to analyse health hazards and develop ergonomic risk assessments for working postures. Planning for risk mitigation for health and safety risks and environmental aspects are also your responsibility, planning for employee EHS competencies development, collecting data with support of EHS representative, analyzing the data on regular basis and reporting on required platforms will also be EHS associate responsibilities. We expect that you ensure timely and appropriate EHS involvement in relevant changes, projects and ensuring that agreed EHS improvements are implemented. We expect that you contribute on planning, execution and follow up on EHS audits and inspections. Pest control activities which mainly done by third party company is also a part of EHS associate responsibilities which is including planning for pest management and follow up on the required actions.
