Job Description
The education manager is a person who looks into the planning, organization, and management of the educational approach and education process.
- Looking into the planning, organization and management of the educational processes.
- Responsible for planning and deciding the development and resource of the curriculum.
- Responsible for ensuring the high quality curriculum and assessment delivery of the training’s program and courses, in line with relevant standards and regulations.
- Monitor and mentor a high quality tutor roster, and pursue excellence and innovation in teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement targeted programs designed to increase the skills and knowledge of the intended audience.
- Responsible for supporting staff needs, preparing status and finance reports, maintaining records, and maintaining training libraries and other resources to support their programs
- Responsible for ensuring that the rules and policies of the organization are followed properly
