Job Description

- Planning and optimal utilization of facilities and human resources in order to improve the academic level of the educational institution - Coordinating the teaching activities of the institution in different disciplines - Supervising presentations of lessons and expressing the opinion about the education groups’ suggestions about contents of the courses based on course syllabus. - Evaluating the curriculum that is taught by the institute’s professors in order to ensure their compliance with the approved course syllabus - Setting up training programs for teaching in different field of study based on rules and requirements - Expressing an opinion about teaching hours and research work of institute’s professors and mentors - Anticipating the need for employment and also expressing an opinion about the scientific competence of future mentors - Assessing the request of training groups to present a new course - Carrying out all affairs related to revise the syllabus - Cooperation in the setting of executive regulations - Preparing and submitting relevant reports - Developing approved training programs in all academic levels and preparing the related regulations for inclusion in catalogues to introduce the courses - Supervising implementation of approved regulations in the relevant units and supervising educational services presented at the Institute - Dealing with student problems in different courses and estimating any shortcomings in the institute’s regulations and proposing solutions to the management - Using previous statistical information to plan and assess students - Polling among educational groups about changes in educational programs - Carrying out all affairs related to enrollment of students and their exams at all different levels of education based on the institute’s regulations - Collaborating with the educational groups in preparing the weekly plans and submit it to the administrative unit to assign a course code - Carrying out all affairs related to issue certificate, letter of introduction and other correspondence - Setting up contracts and students’ profiles - Reporting at the end of each semester - Archiving graduate students' information - Carrying out other duties which are assigned by management

Requirements

- At least 3 years of relevant experience. - Leadership ability, Ability to work as a team member, excellent communication skills. - Ability to multi-task and stay organized. - Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
