- Assessment of teaching requirements,
- Preparing and compiling schedules of staff training courses,
- Considering and preparing educational materials related to the company procedures and products,
- Deciding on educational issues,
- Defining and preparing training procedures and monitoring their performance,
- Collecting, classifying and informing all technical and educational documents for personnel as well as creating technical and educational archives to be used by employees,
- Determining teaching content, time, place and instructors of the courses,
- Planning and supervising to hold training courses properly and timely,
- Evaluating training courses to make necessary changes.
