Job Description

With the purpose of developing the skills and capabilities of talented fresh graduates for future strategic positions within our organization, Roche Pars is launching an early career program. The program consists of 6 to 12 months of experience across key areas of our business. The selected young talent will be developed through the project and activity-based experiences that support and are tailored to the needs of each of our functional areas. ● You will gain experience within Ecosystem Chapter (Commercial and Market Access) through PPOCs teams (Primary Point of Contact, including HSP & PJP) and gain exposure to the Commercial and Market Access excellence to focus on career development. ● The project will involve cross-functional collaboration with different chapters within Roche Pars. ● 6-12 months contractor, entry-level. ● Renewal pending feedback and assessment. ● No job or HC guarantee. Would you like to play an active role in doing now what our patients need next? ● Coordinating with patient journey stakeholders and the healthcare system to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community. ● Taking part in driving solutions that deliver outcomes faster for both patients and internal purposes. ● Be creative as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and share the ideas with colleagues in the ecosystem. ● Collaborating with PJPs and HSPs in pulling in expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed. ● This role includes focuses on the importance of bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover all potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients, faster. ● Stewards Roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs (Healthcare Providers) and HCOs (Healthcare Organizations) in a truthful and balanced manner. ● Contributes and follows up to identifying, mapping, engaging, and managing ecosystem stakeholders. ● Contribute to the formula listing application processes. ● Contributing and following up on reimbursement processes. ● Align well with Roche Pars strategies priorities, culture, and a new way of working.
