E-Powertrain Project Manager

Job Description

- Manage a software product development procedure from requirements definition through design, development, validation & verification for an E-Powertrain project. - Plan the project by specifying objectives and goals, tasks and responsibilities, time schedule, deadlines and milestones. - Identify, prioritize, and track project risks and propose feasible solutions to mitigate them. - Manage product releases defining the functionality and associated elements in each release and mapping stakeholder requirements to particular releases of product - Provide a configuration management plan including the procedures and audit criteria for controlling changes. - Performing measurement on project, process, quality, and personnel performance.

Requirements

- M.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant Engineering. - A minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the field of Power Electronics or related industry. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management in Power Electronics industry. - Familiarity with Project Management tools e.g. MSP or Jira. - Having strong written and verbal communication, organization and leadership skills. - Demonstrated problem solving ability within technical projects - Agile and SCRUM experience is considered as an advantage.
