Job Description
● Drive e-commerce project implementation by cooperating with all stakeholders.
● Work closely with marketing communication on social media channel utilization, paid advertising campaigns, SEO optimization as well as online campaign development to increase digital sales.
● Drive customer’s onboarding process ensuring high customer satisfaction.
● Monitor and analyze all changes in website traffic, customer behavior and increases in the order book and sales.
● Contribute to the company’s overall digital marketing strategy setting.
● Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase website traffic and online production.
● Undertake research to understand the demographic targets, search engine traffic, media buying, etc.
● Drive E-commerce budget planning and management.
● Supervise the e-commerce department and allocate tasks to internal and external recourses.
● Identify, prioritize and drive resolution of key issues that may impact commercial performance.
