•Main Objective: -We are looking for an excellent individual with experience in B2C&B2B e-commerce home appliance sales and operations to manage and maintain several e-commerce platforms including (but not limited to) Digikala, Bamilo, Zanbil, and others. You will be an integral part of helping drive sales and growth for all third-party e-commerce channels •Main Responsibilities: -Develop effective relationships with regional and affiliate teams to execute online strategies and all a.m. commerce activities -Identify, understand and manage e/m commerce capabilities, business plans and local business challenges -Determine key objectives for site improvements and enhancements. Work with production team to execute and report on post production performance -Coordinate ecommerce projects with internal teams -Remain informed of product category assortments, counts and seasonal merchandise -Partner with ecommerce merchants and planners to understand business goals and opportunities -Review, test and approve site refreshes -Provide link/CTA recommendations for site/marketing assets -Write creative briefs for site assets -Brainstorm new ideas and conduct competitive analysis -Regularly produce, analyze and distribute site reports to cross-functional teams -Manage On-site search keywords and results -Develop & execute email marketing campaigns designed to deliver customer retention, generate online conversions and deepen customer relationships. -Develop & execute triggered and automated email marketing campaigns. -Leverage list segmentation, CRM and other technologies to execute direct response performance focused email marketing campaigns. -Design and manage best practices for optimizing listings/pages to improve sell-through and organic search performance. -Forecasts plans and optimizes marketing spend and demand forecasts in collaboration with the purchasing team and ad/marketing company -Manages sales and marketing reporting -Collaborate with Pricing Team to develop and execute online store offers -Develop and manage site messaging calendar with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure merchandising of key site offers as well as Marketing and Business initiatives -Effectively communicate creative needs to internal and external creative resources to inspire the development of dynamic content and creative deliverables -Provide timelines and updates to stakeholders to set/manage expectations on delivery -Manage partner teams through creative reviews and legal edits until Contract sales are final -Compile and analyze performance data for landing pages and other promotions to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities -Monitor competitor sites, site research, web analytics and industry trends to proactively suggest content, merchandising and user experience enhancements to improve site performance -Deliver sales and profitability targets -Execute business objectives which will achieve e-originated sales growth across the account -Support the digital forecasting process by assessing and making recommendations based off of rate of sale and promotional needs and goal in-stock levels -Execute consumer and shopper driven strategies for their customers in the digital channel -Provide recommendation on how to tie to on-line through in-store levers -Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits. -Negotiations experience with a history of creating win-win situations for all parties -Reporting to: CIO.
-BS/BA degree in Business, Ecommerce, Finance or similar field / MBA is an advantage -Over 4 years of ecommerce marketplace experience with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategy -Use our social channels (Facebook LinkedIn, Twitter) and engage with potential customers -Suggest ideas for content creation that will excite our target market -Lead event marketing strategy and execution as necessary -Recommend and test new ideas and channels that help us grow leads and sales -Analyze/Report on key performance indicators opportunities from all campaigns -Experience with Google Analytics, Hubspot, or other marketing measurement and automation platforms -Strong analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems -Experience working at or with a high-growth company -History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done -Self-directed orientation with the ability to take initiative -Solid project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize -Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail -Deep knowledge of online business models and e-commerce/digital technology -Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities -Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to create and deliver executive -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 44
