Job Description

● Supervise all services while drilling new wells and sidetracks. ● Acceptance of activities and works for drilling in accordance with the drilling program. ● Pre-qualification, audit, and assessment of the drilling contractor. ● Check, and support all steps of work of the contractor, daily interaction, progress status, and efficiency assessment. ● Management and control of drilling rigs. ● Prepare, gather and verify DDR and EOWR. ● Manage starting commissions, rigs, and equipment audit and certification. ● Coordinate and manage the drilling crew.

Requirements

● More than ten years of working experience in related subjects (drilling, workover). ● Working experience in the position of drilling supervisor, drilling engineer, calculation of main parameters while drilling, casings, cementing and etc. ● Experience in all steps of drilling activity (new wells, sidetracks). ● Professional user of Excel, and Landmark. ● Experience in ESP installation after drilling is an advantage. ● Experience in drilling and workover. ● Familiar with drilling and field equipment. ● Experience in supervision of service companies in the following activities: well testing, perforation, wireline service, logging, acidizing, PLT and etc. ● Base knowledge of cross-function disciplines (geology, reservoir engineering). ● Fluent in English.
