Job Description
- Supervise of mud drilling fluids & mud service companies - Preparing mud program, cement program and designs - Supervision on cement tests in laboratory - Advise on corrective actions to increase quality - To be assure of mud quality services, instruct parameters, presence on rig site occasionally - Provide regular reports and share lesson learned with team
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills: - Fully familiar and experienced in mud engineering - Experienced in cement engineering - Familiar with chemical properties of mud/cement material - Familiar with petroleum geology - Familiar with mechanical fluids concepts Experience: At least 7 years in oil and gas industry Education: B.S in petroleum or chemical engineering Behavioral Qualities: - The ability to work independently, as well as within a team of multidisciplinary professionals - Confidence and responsible in giving an opinion - The ability to evaluate complex information and make decisions at any hour, day or night - The ability to cope with working under pressure Preferred Gender: Male
