Job Description
- Responsible for all procurement and purchasing (domestic) tasks of the Company, from A to Z: - Planning, performing and coordinating purchasing affairs such as sourcing, corresponding and monitoring orders process with suppliers, negotiating, and contract modification. - Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers. - Research and evaluate suppliers, based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history. - Prepare related documents for payment and delivery schedules. - Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality. - Market presence to purchase.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s degree with preferably in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant majors - At least 5 year’s relevant experience in purchasing and procurement - Good Technical knowledge - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Ability to work extra time when necessary - Gender Preference: Male
