Job Description

The Documentation Manager will provide excellent service on all aspects of documentation matters; plan, manage and control the Documentation Department. Core responsibilities also include establishing, reviewing, and achieving Organizational Objectives relating to Documentation. - Overseeing, planning, managing, and controlling Documentation Department to ensure a high quality of service and customer satisfaction - Establishing, reviewing, and ensuring Documentation Department complies with Principal and Local Authority's requirements - Ensuring customers, overseas agents, and principal's inquiries are answered and expectations are met - Providing guidance and mentoring to employees on all Documentation matters - Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service and trouble-free delivery of their consignments - Monitoring DTX submission and Manifest corrector and ensuring issuance is on time - Monitoring and submitting COD report to GVA - Doing Monthly Documentation management reports of B/L, D/O, KPI & M/C statistics - Managing key customer relationships and expectations

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or qualified professional - Minimum 5 years management experience in the shipping industry - Import and Export Shipping Documentation, Customer Service experience or related forwarding and / or logistics - Experience in a similar capacity - MS Office Applications. - Customer Service oriented - Manage and measure work performance - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Organized and process oriented - Ability to multi-task and deal with and manage multiple stakeholders at management level - Work well under pressure in a fast-paced and professional environment - Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to work independently
