Job Description
-Manage and oversee company’s sales force performance and provide necessary feedback to ensure the ongoing professional development of sales personnel
-Maintain national sales staff by active engagement in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
-Develop sales plans and projections and prepare analytical sales report
-Monitor sales and analyze country sales / channel performance and recommend action to meet sales goals and accelerate growth
-Manage stock movement and stock control
-Set policies for distribution channels
-Analyze reports received from supervisors and provide solutions
-Set sales target for pharma reps
-Define sales promotion policies
