Job Description
- Analyzing the national market dynamically to determine specific sales targets.
- Segmenting the market into operating sections and assigning medical representatives to sections.
- Developing monthly and annual plans for marketing and sales activities.
- Supervising all sales and marketing activities within the group.
- Preparing weekly reports to DSM.
- Coordinating double visits with medical/pharmaceutical representatives.
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Veterinarian, or related majors.
- At least 7 years of experience as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative and 1 year of experience as a product specialist/team supervisor.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, intuitive, and able to work in a competitive environment.
- Adherence to the company's strategies and values and ability to work in a team.
- Current position of the candidate: team leader or supervisor
- Good knowledge of sales.
- Good insight into marketing issues.
- Experience in team management or project management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Minimum age: 35 years old.
