1- Responsible for achieving 100% of assigned sales target.
2- Ensure a growth of at least 25% in sales over the past year in any time frame.
3- Weekly review of the SST file received from the distribution Department.
4- Monthly review of inventory report file by product breakdown, expiration date, and distribution to avoid expiration of products in the covered area.
5- Monthly review of the report file of returning goods in order to assess the cause of the referral in the pharmacy indicated in the file to ensure that the ratio of returned goods to sales in the region is less than 1.5% per year.
6- Setting the performance standard for the team - Average coverage / coverage range / Implementing the strategy for your team in accordance with the program provided by National Sales Manager .
7- Provide job counseling to sales representatives on sales skills, product knowledge and treatment centers, pharmacies and doctors.
8- Creating added value in the performance of the Medical Representative in relation to health centers and pharmacies
9- To ensure that the attrition rate in team is less than 20%in a year.
10- Helping the Human Resources Department in recruiting suitable candidates with the right source.
11- Review of Medical representative’s daily reports / Visit deficit and ensuring regular visits of A & B grade doctors.
12- Holding weekly and monthly sales review sessions with the team, analyzing and correcting the team performance.
13- Active participation in regular sessions and other internal meetings.
14- Coordination with the Marketing Department to carry out all marketing and promotional activities in the market based on marketing plan.
15- Planning and offering for investment and its return in the market in order to increase sales.
16- Ensure the sale of the whole commodity bundle throughout the dedicated area.
17- Responsible for scientific education, morning Meetings and all marketing events in the assigned area.
18- Ensuring a high level of marketing intelligence in the team, monitoring competitors' activities and timely reporting to the National Sales Manager and side-by-side analysis of market moves and rivals in order to achieve market share criteria.
19- Collect customer feedback and market research through the team at the required time.
20- Review team performance based on Daily call report.
21- Team leadership with standards and work ethics.
22- Leading, guiding, counseling, assisting, supervising and effective leadership to motivate the team on a monthly and yearly basis to achieve goals and Incentive.
24- Developing top KOLs of the team to ensure that company made equity and creating the area is protected without defects.
25- Identify and develop key customers, hospitals, KOLs...
26- Responsible for right customer selection for their respective representatives. Checking and validating list of potential customers (doctors and pharmacies) for entire team.
27- Wide field work across the range and ensure that time and resources are appropriately allocated and utilized by all team member.
28- Provide timely and consistent feedback, monitor and control various reports of all field forces.
29- Direct responsible for all marketing activities for the team under their control.
30- Create rules for reports and performance for the team under your control.
31- Observance of the laws under the Islamic Republic of Iran in all aspects of work.
32-This position is supposed to go through mission and cover headquarters as when is required.
- Graduates of Medical Sciences, Medical Management or Business Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in the sales team in pharmaceutical or complementary companies in related position.
- Advance knowledge of sales and marketing skills.
- Master in recognizing products scientifically.
- Have strong leadership skills
