Job Description

•Main Objective: As District Sales Manager you are responsible for building district sales capability and managing sales team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district. •Main Responsibilities: -Develop and ensure execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within national sales strategy -Ensure registration of customer contacts of direct reports -Register dual visit reports/coaching report -Work according to local law, Novo Nordisk Way and Novo Nordisk policies, quality standards & guidelines Purpose and subject of interaction with internal/external customers and key contacts

Requirements

-University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or similar -Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry -Good presentation & communication skills -Excellent command of English (both writing and speaking) -Good command of computer literacy (MS Office Programs)
