Job Description
-Monitor all operations procedures and policies in branch -Monitor and contact the distributors on track -Making optimal route for distributers -Report generating for managers -Supervise all distribution affairs -Monitor all operations procedures & policies -Implement all operations procedures & policies -Constructive engagement with warehouse, sale, financial sections. -Resolve any arising problems or complaints -Supervise, coach and train distributers. -Direct, optimize and coordinate distribution cycle -Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency -Select the best routes for distributers
Requirements
-At least B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Management and related fields -Enough experience in distribution operations in compulsory -Presence and activity in Iraq for 3 weeks per month -Ready to work under stress -Good command of relationships among warehouse, distribution and sale sections -Good knowledge of English is a plus -Good experience in Iraq is a plus -Good command of MS. Office skills -Problem Solving & Making Decision -Gender Preference: Male -Fluent in Arabic -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 40
