Job Description

Coordination of sales departments affairs in order to determination of proper distribution company for on-way products and getting related permission from a responsible pharmacist Logistic Coordination, planning, and monitoring all operations of products including delivery, transferring, and returning in distribution companies Coordination of sales departments in order to get the approval of monthly sales report of distribution companies and solving conflict(if it exists) Registering monthly invoice in Hamkaran System Software Extracting daily sales-inventory data from distribution companies’ websites in order to updating BI(sales dashboard) Informing distribution companies for changing prices, FOCs, discounts and etc in order to update sales facilities Cooperation in solving the fiscal conflict with the financial department in order to correct fiscal errors in registrations Conducting all correspondence (Emailing and preparing official letters) and exchanging information with distribution companies Coordination for holding official meetings with sales, supply, or financial departments of distribution companies Controlling products expiration date(weekly and monthly) in order to emerge any wasteage

Requirements

At least Bachelor degree (preferably in commercial management, industrial management etc.) At least 3 year work experience in sales department (preferably in Pharmaceutical companies) Being skillful in Office software specially Excel, word Good public and social relations skill Effective negotiation skill
