Job Description

• To evaluate the DR performance through monitoring activities and provide Technical and Management reports • To work closely with the Technology divisions to identify and enhance the Disaster recovery solutions and plans • To continuously monitor and check various DR programs to ensure that DR environment are running properly according to RTO (Recovery Time Objective) an RPOs (Recovery Point Objective) defined • To collect data and elaborate After Action Review (AAR) sessions and gather and share lessons learned out of DR activities • To identify changes needed in the infrastructure configuration to achieve the DR plans for Technology divisions, communicate with related teams and ensure implementation • To collaborate with Technology divisions and deliver research on latest trends for Technology DR to ensure Continuous Improvement to achieve certain maturity levels • To review and analyze service delivery against SLAs in terms of RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and provide the exception reports • To document and maintain DR history records, and ensure proper knowledge management practices is in place to avoid any similar disaster in the future
