Job Description

Objective of the role: We need disciplined, energetic and self motivated colleague to organize and prioritize the workflow of the management office.. List of responsibilities: • General skills for handling administrative and official tasks • Capable of drafting and typing correspondence in English and Farsi • Over-time availability whenever required (working days); • Preparing daily agenda for Management. • Managing and coordinating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and accommodation affairs. • Coordinating internal and external meetings. • Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents. • Following up tasks as delegated by Management. • Providing general administrative support, Documentation and correspondence follow up, File and retrieve all incoming and outgoing documents. • Coordinate all public relation activities. • To be able to deal with CRM related activities of the directors.. Reporting to: General Manager. Subordinates: Adminstration team. Length of Probation Period: 2 Month. Working hours: Sat. to Wed. from 8:30 to 5:00 - Thur.(Every other week) from 9:30 to 12:30. Travel requirements: For exhibitions (if required). Gross Monthly Base Salary: Based on Mutual agreemnt . Commission / Bonus / Benefits: no commissions or bonuses - There are few packages which will be agreed upon .

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of successful experiences in administrative & business tasks • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, English literature, Public relation or related fields. • Accustomed with international culture • Team-worker; • Dedicated and loyal to work environment; • Able to keep life-work balance • High EQ • Patient, calm, polite, disciplined, punctuate, trustful and creative personality • Fluent in English, writing, reading, listening and speaking. • Strong in MS-Office Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint. • Familiar with Business, Advertisement, and Commercial terms and concepts. • Familiar with IS and IT
