Job Description

• Understand the full work processes on-site and identify any non-value-added activities that could be eliminated through digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the Quality Team to develop a plan and execute projects that address quality risks and traceability gaps in work processes, such as batching and inventory management.
• Take full responsibility for the cybersecurity program at the site, conduct a comprehensive risk assessment, and implement actions to mitigate all identified cybersecurity risks.
• Maintain a strong understanding of IT/OT (Information Technology/Operational Technology) systems on-site to lead projects that involve both automation and IT domains.
• Enhance the integration of factory systems to improve data capturing in alignment with the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) vision, aiming for maximum visibility and zero losses.
• Manage source codes and version control for all digital programs, leading debugging and resolution efforts for any issues affecting current programs.
• Oversee the documentation system and change management processes to ensure that all existing and new projects are thoroughly documented and sustainably managed.
• Lead a training program on-site to ensure that Site Technicians and Engineers are adequately trained to handle current and upcoming projects in the digital and automation domain.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred, specifically in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Science
• The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or automotive factory operations, specifically in the role of Process, Automation, or Continuous Improvement Engineer. This role involves managing projects and addressing ongoing issues within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in writing programs for PLCs and Windows (preferably .NET). The ideal candidate should have developed fully functional PC or mobile applications from start to finish.
• A strong understanding of automation systems, including PLCs, servers, drives, and automation networks.
• In-depth knowledge of computer networks, including network topologies, firewalls, and automation processes.
• A solid understanding of database concepts, APIs, and cloud environment management.
