Job Description

● To contribute with department managers and senior managers in designing and implementing internal and external digital P&S strategy and roadmap. ● To liaise with ITS, Technical vendors, etc. to manage partner’s requests and integrate needs to work with operations teams to collect, prioritize and communicate product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. ● To serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MTNIrancell’s digital products and services. ● To lead the team to identify technical requirements of digital enablers based on the digital product roadmap, experience, and performance reports and ensure their alignment with digital strategy. ● To support the team in drafting CERs/RFPs and also review and confirm them from a Technical point of view and Irancell platforms capabilities. ● To involve in process of clarification of changes on digital platforms and enablers based on their scope and priorities. ● To monitor all digital platforms and changes also campaigns effectiveness constantly and initiate solutions to enhance the productivity. ● To involve in the negotiation of RFPs in collaboration with other managers of the department with vendors to support the technical side. ● To be present in Partner Acquisition meetings to support the technical side of the assessment and clarification the platform and technical needs. ● To contribute with department managers and senior managers in designing and implementing internal and external digital P&S strategy and roadmap. ● To study best practices and suggest improvement in business especially digital area regarding benchmarks. ● To manage generation and validation of different reports including Adhoc for line manager and other requesters on digital business and team activities. ● To explain the performance of digital services on the technical side for the management and executives. ● To support and maintain MTNIrancell digital enabler platforms and ensure their performance is as per defined parameters. ● To manage SLA /OLAs with partners and internal teams including the development of items and monitoring their delivery. ● To manage to provide effective support on Digital P&S campaigns, this includes attending required meetings and ensuring Digital P&S is technically capable of delivering the campaigns. ● To serve as the Digital SME for partners on the capabilities and functionalities of the platform, providing relevant, feasible, and strategic solutions to support business objectives.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or related fields; a Master's degree in Technical fields such as Software Engineering is highly preferred. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in the product development arena; with experience in supervising or managing others. ● Experience working in a medium to large organization. ● Experience with the technical, user, and business issues in a fast-moving digital organization.
