Responsibilities:
● Developing strategies that drive customers to the website and application.
● Managing digital marketing channels based on marketing targets.
● Planning digital marketing campaigns.
● Preparing accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.
● Planning and supervising digital marketing and e-CRM activities, including display ads, native ads, mobile marketing, SMS marketing, landing pages for campaigns, etc.
● Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
● Identifying trends and insights and optimizing the performance.
● Presenting new and creative growth strategies.
● Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
● Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
● Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user. experience, customer journey, and improved traffic.
● Analyzing conversion points and optimizing user funnels.
● Planning, measuring performance, and improving the content of the website’s banners.
