Job Description

● Digital strategic planning to determine digital marketing activities and online sales plan. ● Evaluate and analyze digital activities. ● Plan digital marketing strategies and implement digital marketing roadmaps to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives. (Inbound Marketing) Monthly category OKR analyzing, reporting, and solution suggestion. ● Drive new leads and grow business via digital marketing channels with practicable ROI. ● Implement and execute all processes developed for online sales. Manage the operation of the online store website. ● Set KPIs (on social media, SEO/SEM, campaign, etc.) to manage and monitor integrated digital activities using dashboards, such as Google Analytics or other analytics packages. ● Generate monthly reports (CPO, CAC and CPI) on all digital marketing activities. (Project Control). ● Keep abreast with Poshkar industry and the latest trends, techniques, tools, and best practices. ● Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.

Requirements

● Fluent in MS Office. ● Fluent in English. ● Fluent in Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Studio. ● Fluent in Media. ● Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Content Management Systems (CMS). ● Fluent in SEO, SEM, and Social Media Marketing. Behavioral competencies: ● Analytical mind. ● Networking. ● Achievement orientation. ● Time management. ● Highly motivated, confident, resilient, and positive attitude.
