Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing programs across all digital channels. A Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services . This individual ensures that company’s online presence, promotions & projects are meeting brand standards in order to market products successfully.
Day in the life:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence and manage our social media platforms
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Oversee the social media strategy for the company
- Content providing, copy writing, motion graphic, short animated content.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
- Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
Liaise with Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
What will make you successful?
To succeed in this role you need to have good people skills while being able to both manage content and build strategy. To a greater or lesser extent, they may need a fair knowledge of SEO, analytics, advertising, business practices, social media, email marketing, web development and copywriting.
