Job Description

- Develop, implement social media strategy through research, bench marking, messaging, and audience identification - Day-to-day digital Content creation as well as schedules - Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications Drivers Loyalty program goals. Develop, manage and track timelines for the day-to-day delivery of work - Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (Written Content, images, video, etc.) - Generating written content. - Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits affecting product demand on digital - Develop weekly/monthly reports on emerging social media trends - Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly - Communicate with Influencers and blogger for influence marketing - Publishing Post and stories, - Communicate with social media audience (direct and comment replying and response) - Monitoring competitors’ social media updates

Requirements

- At least BA/BS degree in marketing, or related fields - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media - Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms - Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns. - Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Team player - Age: Max 35
