Job Description

Digital Marketing Managers are in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services. Digital Marketing Manager should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution Digital Marketing Managers should have ability to Plan, oversee and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns -Provide ongoing recommendations and thought leadership on the latest industry trends -Manage keyword builds and audits, campaign testing promotion execution, and daily bid optimization -Plan, oversee and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns -Oversee and coordinate social medial marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: developing relevant content to reach target clients, develop creative and content for campaigns (images, videos and written). -Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) -Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights -Design, build and maintain our social media presence -Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability Review the trends and news of Digital Marketing Day in order to be aware of growth opportunities Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights -Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points -Provide strategic recommendations to lead annual digital and traditional marketing planning Increase Company’s online presence and maximize quality traffic to websites through search engine optimization and web analytics. -Implement a system of reporting for web traffic analytics & advise Management on ways to increase traffic

Requirements

-Experience in SEO & social media marketing -Lead and develop the Employment Brand Marketing team -Organization and project management skills. -UX skills and an understanding of the customer experience. -Advanced social media knowledge leadership
