Job Description

- Devising strategies to drive online traffic and conversion on the company website. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROL and KPIs) - Design, build and maintain our social media presence - Devising content for social media, digital advertising, sums and email campaigns - Providing creative manager with a brief for required digital artwork - Identify, develop and evaluate digital marketing strategy - Plan and execute all social media, webs,SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns Design - Build and maintain our social media presence. - Generate monthly reports on our digital marketing campaigns performance - Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate - Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability

Requirements

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field - Working knowledge of digital tools (google analytics, tag manager, google ads, etc.) - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM/, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. - Good communication skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality. - A natural problem solver with strong analytical abilities - Good understanding about problem solving approach
