Digital Marketing is a high impact member of the marketing team charged with driving the best ways to represent the company's brand identity online. The candidate will be responsible for developing and building the image of the company across digital marketing mediums. The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing must have a keen sense of project management, organization, and attention to detail. A critical member of the marketing team, the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will contribute to the strategic direction of our website, partner portal, digital assets, SEO, SEM, and all things web-related. Responsibilities • Assist in developing the marketing strategy and programs. • Strategize, execute, roll out and optimize new customer programs aligned to solutions (events, outbound campaigns and account-based marketing programs). • Grow awareness, familiarity and demand for Chronicle. • Work closely with Sales and Partner teams to drive business growth opportunities in enterprise accounts. • Managing the marketing team in order to achieve marketing goals and KPIs. • Identifying, developing and evaluating marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics. • Establishing marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts • Developing and evaluating financial aspects of product development, return on investment and profit loss of projects, pricing strategies and customer’s satisfaction. • Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies


Qualifications Minimum qualifications: • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. • Experience in relevant field marketing experience. • At least 5 Years of experience in marketing • Have had a proven and successful record in building brand awareness and portray a deep understanding of marketing principles, sales and business development, and product and service management. • Have advanced working experience dealing with online/modern marketing but also offline/traditional marketing and communications functions • Demonstrate a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods and approaches • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet rigid deadlines • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels • Be extremely comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working in a group setting • Team building skills • Self-motivated • Have excellent time-management skills • Have exceptional problem-solving skills • Creative and strategic thinking Preferred qualifications: • Experience with planning and executing multiple complex marketing programs and managing agencies, vendors and large projects. • Experience in enterprise account-based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans for complex accounts. • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, marketing automation tools and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness. • Ability to work towards strategic goals. • Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic and analytical abilities. • Effective communication skills in both business and technical situations. • Strong knowledge and awareness on the start-up scene and digital marketing opportunities • Being Familiar with HTML and UI/UX optimization is preferred • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar,)
