Job Description

- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives - Implement the defined marketing plans, constantly identifying new opportunities to support the business growth objectives - Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, service and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth - Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities - Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity - Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys - Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback - Plan and implementation promotional campaigns - Make relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization - Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader - Keeping up to date with current digital trends.

Requirements

- Master degree in marketing, business, management or computer science and other related fields - At least 5 Years of experience in marketing - Have had a proven and successful record in building brand awareness and portray a deep understanding of marketing principles, sales and business development, and service management - Demonstrate a solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods and approaches - Be problem solver with a can do Attitude - Team building skills - Have strong commercial focus be innovative and creative - Have strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills - Ideal Age: At least 30
