Job Description

● Develop and deliver digital marketing plans through digital initiatives, in coordination with the marketing team. ● Work alongside marketing teams to create content and digital ads, including support in brief definition, and identifying digital. agencies and media, proposing content, and making recommendations in terms of budget allocations. ● Develop, plan and deliver influencer campaigns, in coordination with the brand manager, marketing team, and company’s marketing communication objectives. ● Manage every aspect of all Jahan social channel/s and develop Jahan content calendar and publishing schedule. ● Create posts, content, stories, and ads, and publish them on all platforms. ● Ensure content meets standards and tone of voice of Jahan brand. ● Communicate with Jahan audiences. Audience and loyalty-building via community engagement, answering questions, and seeking out new followers. ● Manage paid digital acquisition channels, including but not limited to PPC, retargeting, and SEO. ● Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns. ● Cultivate and maintain relationships with a digital press, key influencers, and food bloggers to increase brand reach and engagement. ● Define analytics and measurement tools to provide marketing teams with data and insights reports, best practices, and lessons learned. ● Work closely with the e-commerce sales team to ensure our content and online proposition maximize awareness, influence, and conversion. ● Scout for new trends in the digital marketing world. ● Nurture the digital marketing culture within the organization, raise awareness about the power of digital, developing capabilities within the marketing teams.

Requirements

● A track record of designing and managing innovative projects in the area of digital marketing. ● More than 3 years of experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. ● A track record of successful social accounts managed, showing organic growth and retention. ● Experiencing managing successful organic SEO campaigns. ● Experience with popular SEO tools including Google Analytics. ● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Marketing or related fields, or an MBA graduate. ● Familiar with digital marketing measurement and performance analysis. ● Demonstrate social networking experience, and social analytics tools knowledge. ● Ability to draw insights from data to inform decision-making.
